EXPERIENCE CHANGE THROUGH COUNSELLING

My approach and therapeutic modalities

As an integrative, holistic and relational counsellor, I draw upon a range of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. This allows me to tailor my therapeutic interventions to suit the unique needs and preferences of each client.

By embracing this integrative framework, I am able to provide a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit, promoting lasting change and well-being. The therapeutic relationship is unlike any other. It's a partnership built on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect, and my goal is to provide a space where you can explore your inner world, navigate challenges, and find the tools you need to thrive.
